Support of VMmanager includes three stages:

  • GA (General availability) — main support stage;
  • LTS (Long-term support) — limited support stage;
  • EOL (End-of-life) — support withdrawal stage.

The duration of each step is determined by VMmanager life cycle stages.

Technical and advisory support


Technical and advisory support for VMmanager is provided according to the Support rules.

Technical support is only available for software versions released within two months from the date of support request. For example, if you contact technical support on November 15, 2021, support will be provided only if the software was updated on September 15, 2021 or later.

Advisory support is provided for all versions of VMmanager until the EOL stage. 

ISPsystem is not responsible for any possible threats to your network security caused by using an outdated version of VMmanager software.

Operating Systems

Servers running AlmaLinux and Ubuntu use standard kernel builds from OS vendors without any modifications. For bug fixes and kernel enhancements, please contact OS vendors via open bug trackers:
