Use this information to resolve the issues only if you have purchased your license in the ISPsystem Client area eu.ispsystem.com.

If you purchased the license from one of our partners or resellers, please contact him for assistance.

To find the IP address that you entered when ordering the license, log into your Client area eu.ispsystem.com → ISPsystem licenses.

On the page that will open, you can see your license parameters and its status. Find the IP address column with the current IP address of your license.

Changing license IP


You can change the IP address on the license edit form. Click menu → Edit. The value of the IP-address field is the address that is currently valid for the selected license. 

Note

You can change the IP address for your license only once a month.

If you need to change the IP more often, please contact the ISPsystem technical support team.

Note

You can leave the IP address field blank and activate the license with an activation key

If your server runs behind the NAT, do not specify the IP address for the license because you will have to activate the license only with the key.
