Note:

As of version 5.283, BILLmanager supports VMware vCloud Director 10. In this version of VMware, only such VDC objects as virtual networks and virtual servers are guaranteed to work. Errors can occur in the operation of routers and their components.

Integration with vCloud Director allows a provider to sell virtual data centers.

After a client makes an order, BILLmanager sends the API request to VMware to create a virtual data center (VDC). The service is considered open (the Active status in BILLmanager) when an organization is created successfully in vCloud Director, with a virtual server inside.

An owner of the virtual data center (the client) can manage the service from BILLmanager or from VMware vCLoud Director. He/she is able to switch to VMware control panel from the service management page in BILLmanager: Products/ServicesVirtual data-center → select VDC → button Log in.

Once the service is opened, your client can read the instruction manual. This manual contains the URL to enter vCloud Director and login credentials. The manual can be found on BILLmanager service management page: Products/ServicesVirtual data-center → select VDC → button Manual.

Supported integration: VMware vCloud Director from 5.6 to 8, 9.0 and 10.
